Serves 24
Ingredients:
20 double graham crackers
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 square (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions:
Crush crackers and nuts in a blender or food processor. Set aside. Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and eggs. Let mixture simmer approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add crackers and nuts. Mix well. Pat firmly into an ungreased 11x7-inch pan. Let cool. Frost with butter frosting and decorate with silver decorates. Keep in refrigerator or freezer.
