Smoked Turkey Pasta Salad Castle Marne Bed & Breakfast Denver, Colorado

Ingrédients:

¾ C. mayonnaise

1 T. Dijon mustard

½ tsp. dried thyme leaves

8 oz. fettucini, cooked and drained

1 C. diced smoked turkey breast

¾ C. zucchini sliced and halved

½  C. red bell pepper, cut into small strips

½ C. yellow bell pepper, cut into small strips

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and thyme until well blended. Add pasta, turkey, red pepper and yellow pepper and toss together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill well. If the salad is too dry, add a little more mayonnaise just before serving.
