Shrimp Sarah - - The Peck House - Empire, Colorado

Ingredients:
20 uncooked shrimp
4 portions of cooked wild rice
Sauce:
1 C. whipping cream
½ C. sliced mushrooms
¼ C. Major Grey’s Chutney
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash hot sauce such as Tabasco
½ tsp curry powder or to taste
Put 5 shrimp on a skewer and grill. Place all other ingredients in a sauté pan and thicken over high heat.
Lay the shrimp over hot cooked wild rice and sauce it.
