Number of Rooms: 35

This elegant 1886 Victorian Hotel, nestled in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains in the highest incorporated city in North America, features vintage furnishings and appointments. Leadville's gold and silver boom days brought desperados such as Doc Holiday, the Unger Brothers and Butch Cassidy to the Delaware Hotel. Today, the Hotel remains Leadville's "Crown Jewel". Lovingly renovated, the hotel's oak paneling, crystal chandeliers, and period antiques offer guests the Victorian ambience and charm of an era gone by while gracing the accommodation. The thirty-six rooms and suites are appointed with brass and iron bedsteads, heirloom quilts, lace curtains and private baths. Many of the uniquely decorated rooms have fantastic views of Colorado's highest 14,000 foot peaks, Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert. When lodging at the Delaware Hotel you will be in the center of town with many shops, restaurants, and bars.
