Serves 35
Ingredients:
30 large marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1-2 t. green food coloring
1 t. vanilla
5 c. corn flakes
Red Hots
Directions:
Prepare two cookie sheets by lining them with wax paper.
In a double boiler or very heavy saucepan, melt marshmallows
and butter until smooth. Stir in food coloring and vanilla. Add
cornflakes until covered with marshmallow sauce and green in
color. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheets and shape into wreaths. Arrange 2-3 red hots on each wreath to give the appearance of holly berries. Let cool and tightly wrap in plastic to keep wreaths soft.
