Chilled Strawberry Soup Castle Marne Bed & Breakfast Denver, Colorado

Serves 2

Ingredients:

4 baskets ripe strawberries

4 T. honey

2 C. sour cream or yogurt

Fresh mint

4 perfect strawberries for garnish

Directions:

Wash strawberries and remove the green tops. Puree the strawberries.

In a blender or food processor, add honey and sour cream and blend until smooth. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Garnish soup with a whole strawberry and a sprig of mint.
